There was an elder Asian woman that was entirely racist to my mom. We have supported them for years. She came up to my mom after my mom purchased and said nothing, grabbing tags off her pickup orders to examine them to be sure she paid. This lady didn’t say hi, made no eye contact. Just grabbed my elderly moms bags angrily and once she saw they were paid for she snaps away without a word not even a thank you. It was a nasty experience. My mom only could get the bags from the cashier after paying so I’m unsure why this lady felt the need to check my mother after purchasing and especially so rudely. Do better! Stop being racist. Ppl have supported you that’s why you’re there. But I will not be supporting any longer.

The food is still good, but the price gouging is horrible. My usual order is General Tso's chicken and I substitute broccoli for the rice. Never been a problem. At my last visit, I ordered Sweet & Sour chicken and wanted to make the same substitution. The young lady at the register charged me for the substitution and I thought all was well. Then the young man working the other register refunded part of my order, saying that the substitution was not allowed for Sweet & Sour chicken. Annoyed, I asked if I could just get it as a side. He said yes, and when I asked how much, he said $7. For a side of steamed broccoli?!? That's worse than a ripoff. Don't come here if you expect a fair price or customer service.

Horrible customer service. When I ordered crab rangoons, this is what I got. They refused to deliver me a new order and refused to give me a refund. They said it was pork and then denied it right after. Never go here! Food isn’t even that great honestly. Waste of time and money

One of my favorite dishes at this restaurant was fried shrimp, which I used to order frequently. However, I'm disappointed that they are now serving frozen shrimp and frying it in deep oil, which is extremely unhealthy. I'm hoping to get the shrimp they used to serve the next time.

I order here often. But today I ordered something different at this store but I ate it before at different restaurants ( bourbon chicken). Golden Chopsticks bourbon chicken was not how bourbon chicken is supposed turn out. It looked like boiled chicken breat pieces. With very little sauce.. I am very disappointed . I took a picture but I guess you can only share pictures on uber eats i had a regular delivery today because my work is near by.
