Excellent service the waiter/cook was very attentive. I was greeted by the hostess as I entered the restaurant. It was verbally welcoming. The food: I ordered the chicken wings (refried, unseasoned, tempura battered). The Chicken Lomein, It was wet like the noodles were boiled. They looked like spaghetti. Nothing to brag about at all. Extremely large portion with a surprise piece of plastic included with the lomein, which the waiter/cook threw in the corner behind me and deducted twenty dollars from my order. I also had the ribs off the appetizer menu they were overcooked like eating beef jerky, barely any meat but plenty of thin sliced bones to choke on. For my drink I had hot tea (try Lipton). Everything was so disappointing. No one invests to fail. Just because you're asain doesn't mean you were called to cook asain food. YouTube has some great tutorials you can follow. I recommend Seonkyoung Longest. She has some great authentic recipes. I made a few. Grow! We fall down but we get back up!

New Peking is an unassuming little spot in a Westport strip mall. Don't let that fool you as the food and service are fantastic! They have a wide variety of dishes from Chinese to Korean. Everything we've had was prepared well and full.of flavor. They likely do a majority carry-out business, but definitely take the time to dine in and enjoy the food hot and fresh!

Passed 2 other Chinese places due to long wait times. This place was not busy and had interesting options. I have not been to a Chinese restaurant that gives you a bowl of soy sauce, and I mean a good sized bowl, not a tiny cup. I hadn't had chicken egg foo young and it was good. The soy sauce is really tasty, not like the usual take out standard. I got 2 meals out of my carry out order.

Incredible. Their rangoons are flaky and crispy, we got the garlic chicken with vegetables and the vegetables were nice and tender! Good flavor, and was not too salty. Egg drop soup was delicious and had extra good stuff in it. You could tell everything was made with love, and wasn’t just thrown together! One of the best Chinese food meals I’ve had in my life lol
