Came in for pho and had a really good experience. I was welcomed right when I walked in and got to choose my own table, which made everything feel relaxed and comfortable. The waitress quickly brought over water and the menu, and the service throughout the meal was great. The ambiance was pretty quiet and relaxing. They had two TVs playing — one with music and another showing YouTube videos of Vietnamese cuisine, which added a nice touch to the atmosphere. I ordered the Pho Dac Biet (Combination Pho) with thinly sliced beef, meatballs, and beef brisket in a flavorful broth. I also added the bean sprouts, Thai basil, jalapeños, hoisin sauce, and sriracha which made it even better. Everything tasted fresh and comforting. Definitely a spot I’d come back to again.

Asian Cafe in Kansas City is one of those lowkey spots that really delivers if you know what to order. The food comes out hot, fresh, and full of flavor with that classic comfort you want when you’re in the mood for Chinese takeout. The fried rice is a standout, seasoned well and cooked just right, and the crab rangoons and egg rolls hit every time with a crispy bite and solid flavor. What I liked most is how consistent everything felt. It’s not trying to be overly fancy, it just focuses on doing the basics really well. The portions are solid, the prices are fair, and it’s the kind of place you can pull up to regularly without overthinking it. If you’re looking for a reliable, no frills spot that still brings quality and flavor, Asian Cafe is definitely worth checking out. Perfect for a quick lunch, takeout run, or casual dinner when you want something that’s going to hit every time.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The atmosphere was really quiet and calm, the food was warm and comforting, and the service couldn't have been better! I wish I could've given a bigger tip, this place absolutely rocks! Again, the service was fantastic. I didn't catch the names of anyone working the day I came in, but the woman who took my order was incredibly kind and polite. AND THE FOOD! It was delicious and incredibly filling. Worth every dollar spent!

Traveled up to KC for a concert and decided on stopping here for dinner. I have to say if the concert got canceled, this place would be worth the whole trip alone. This is one of the best asian restaurants me and my freinds have ever stopped and ate at. From the atmosphere to the delicious and hot food to even the cool location. Highly recommended 👌

The food was so good! I ordered pho tai, and I don't think I've ever tasted anything better. My girlfriend ordered orange chicken, and it was so crispy and good. We also had crab ragoons and they were super crispy and fresh. On top of it, the guy serving us was so nice. Our glasses were never less than half full. He was so nice, and the atmosphere is so great. Such a cute little restaurant with great food, service, and atmosphere.
