The food is good but the customer service is so bad. My table was served by an old lady. Everything was fine if she is nice and helpful. But unfortunately she doesn’t have even basic serving manners. I came in and she spoke Chinese to me. I am Asian but it doesn’t mean I know Chinese. She seemed irritated when I ordered food. The menu has lots of food and i asked her about noodles because i didn’t know the type that they’re gonna use. She was kinda yelling at me and acting being annoyed. What was she there for? Not stopping from that, we asked for white rice when the food came out, she said ok and never came back to us. We sat there looking at each because we would like to eat the food with rice. The food is pretty good but service is bad. We decided to leave after waiting 15mins for never show-up white rice. The restaurant was kinda empty at that time though. I usually tip servers pretty well but with that attitude and how we were treated, she doesn’t deserve anything. And later she came back to ask for the tips. That’s so ridiculous!!! And I told her “I don’t feel satisfied with the service today.” The restaurant should train staffs again if they want customers to come back.

All three dishes we ordered were excellent. The beef in the beef bun was tender and flavorful while still holding its shape. The roasted duck was perfectly done, and the soft-shell crab was irresistibly delicious. The price is a bit on the higher side, but the quality absolutely justifies it. Highly recommended.

The look on the waitress face was are you sure you want to eat here!!! We made it in before the rush it seems. I always pay attention to how waitress/ Waiter when I go out to eat. When it came to taking our order or getting us something the staff were not pleased judging by the face expression. The food came out in record time, season and good, they are not shy with the portion I have to say.

My companion and I had no intention of eating the terrible food. We left without receiving any service, not even water. The waiter even chased us out to demand a tip. When I argued with her on the spot, I still gave her 18%. That's just bullying people! This restaurant is downright bizarre and completely unauthentic. The soft-shelled crabs smelled fishy and felt stale. The "Dijiu Huang Stir-Fried Noodles" (Hong Kong-style fried noodles) were all thoroughly fried through. When I asked the staff, they insisted it's their Hong Kong-style preparation. As a Hong Kong native, how could I not know these noodles are fully fried through without any strands left? No need for further elaboration – they're just awful and inauthentic. They told me all Hong Kong-style stir-fried noodles are pan-fried until they're nearly done.🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

The calamari dish with pickled mustard greens was flavorful and a generous serving. Friendly service. Locals seem to know where to go. Now you know where to go too.
