Everything was delicious and served hot. We had our usual favorites we often get from other Dim Sum restaurants in Houston. Service was impeccable! We ordered the crystal shrimp dumplings, shrimp balls, soup dumplings, shrimp and chive cakes, Chinese broccoli and Kung Pao shrimp. My husband and I will definitely be back again. The only thing missing was my favorite sauce made with fried garlic, chili, and sesame seeds. I was able to spice it up with the chili oil, Siracha, and soy sauce provided. We also ordered the Mango pudding for dessert and that was sweet, creamy and wonderful with bits of mango! Yummy!!

Best Chinese restaurant in San Antonio—hands down! I brought my wife here for her birthday yesterday and the service was absolutely phenomenal. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. They even surprised my wife with a jelly dessert for her birthday. I’m pretty sure the owner was there too—she personally offered us different dim sum dishes to try and even lit my wife’s birthday candle. We truly felt right at home. The food was delicious across the board. Not a single complaint when it came to flavor or quality. We ordered several staple dim sum items like siomai, har gow, sticky rice, and soup dumplings—all fantastic. The crab and fish maw soup was perfectly seasoned and savory. And if you go, you have to try the BBQ platter. Every meat was great, but the crispy pork and duck were on another level. We definitely won’t need to drive to Houston for great Chinese food anymore. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing experience at tasty. Made reservations and phone staff was very responsive and accommodating. The interior of the restaurant, from dining room to restroom, was breathtakingly beautiful and hygienic. We ordered the pork BBQ buns, scallion pancake, and soup dumplings as starters. Everything was so flavorful and fresh, came out quickly and steaming hot the way I like. The main entrees we ordered were the beef stir fry and whole Peking duck . These did not disappoint . I am so happy. They have happy hour and lunch specials during the week apparently, and a rewards program to earn points. Not mad I came on a Saturday though . This was worth every penny.

Tried several dishes here and honestly everything was solid. The soup dumplings were flavorful and packed with broth, the pan fried pot stickers had a great crispy texture, and the BBQ pork buns were soft and tasty. The dry fried green beans with beef were probably my favorite dish of the night. Tons of flavor and cooked perfectly. The General Tso chicken had the right balance of crispy, sweet, and spicy without being overly heavy. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to.

My wife and I stopped for lunch at Tasty Modern Asian Kitchen on the Inrerstate 10 access road near Wurzbach road on Monday in between doctor appointments in the medical center area. They normally have excellent lunch specials Monday thru Friday, but since it was a holiday that menu wasn't avalible so we ordered from their regular menu. That worked out Great as well, especially since we had our favoite server Christy that day!! Their Dim-Sum choices are excellent so we started with a bowl of their wonderful egg drop soup which is enough for two so we got an extra bowl and shared. Next was an order of six potstickers that that we shared, they can be ordered steamed or fried, we ordered fried and they came out piping hot with a tasty dipping sauce, yum! We also got an order of two fried egg rolls to share 😋 they came out right from the fryer with another dipping sauce and were crispy and delicious. My wife ordered the fried chicken wings and I ordered the orange chicken. we shared both of these dishes as well. The wings came with a house blended sauce that was excellent with just the right amount of spicy heat and another bowl of sweet chili sauce that my wife enjoyed since it was not quite as spicy. The orange chicken was done just right as well, crispy but juicy with a great orange sauce that wasn't overly sweet. Christy took excellent care of us the whole time we were there, she made us feel like we were her one and only table! The manager also stopped by several times to see if we were ok, she is also super nice. If you are in the Medical Center area this is a must visit spot, and even if you are not it is worth a drive. Even if you are passing through San Antonio on Intestate 10 it is an easy off and back on place for a Great meal and an opprotunity to relax befor continuing your journey. just take the Wurzbach rd exit coming from either direction. You will not be disappointed.
