Wonderful service and dine in experience! I went with my father and he had the Kung pao chicken with rice which he states, "it was a nice spicy hot that complimented the dish, but it wasn't like painful hot. Very very nice, cooked professionally and perfectly." I had a bit and I agree. Then I had half a duck with dumplings and the Ube Taro Milk Tea, which the tea was nice, but the initial taste wasn't the most appealing. Although the vanilla rich aftertaste made it worthwhile. Then the duck and dumplings were very good, although there was some human error on my part for not making them 100% correctly althpugh they were still unbelievably delicious! All in all I would definitely recommend coming here for dinner, or just in general!

We ordered the pork soup dumplings and the roast duck. The pork soup dumplings were full of rich, flavorful broth with no porky or gamey taste at all. The roast duck had perfectly crispy skin and tender, juicy meat. The pancakes were freshly made and served with hoisin sauce, scallions, and cucumber. Every bite had the perfect balance of textures and layers of flavor. Absolutely delicious!

Incredible food at very good prices. We just returned from San Francisco and ate delicious Chinese food and Peking duck there… and Duck and Dumpling in San Antonio might have been even better! Great size portions, and you can tell the food is made fresh. It’s clear all of the noodles and dumplings are hand made, overall a wonderful experience and I can’t wait to return! We over-ordered a lot of stuff to try and we are going home with plenty of leftovers too. We ordered the crispy spicy chicken (amazing), Peking duck, soup dumplings, vegan pan fried dumplings, and Sichuan tan tan noodles. Everything was 10/10. Support this small business!

I recently visited Duck & Dumpling Chinese Restaurant in San Antonio and had a great experience. We ordered the half roasted duck, which came with a duck broth soup that included cabbage and tofu. The duck itself was crispy, flavorful, and cooked really well. It was served with green onions and rice flour wraps, which made it even better. We also tried the pork and shrimp xiao long bao, and those were just as impressive—fresh and delicious. The service was fast, the restaurant was clean, and the overall atmosphere was very enjoyable. Everything we ordered hit the mark. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend it to anyone looking for quality Chinese food in San Antonio.

We had such a wonderful dining experience here! Everyone at the restaurant is incredibly nice and welcoming. The pan-fried pork soup buns are absolutely amazing — super juicy on the inside, with a perfectly crispy skin on the outside. Paired with chili sauce and vinegar, they are just irresistible! A must-order every time! The Eggplant & Minced Pork Noodles are full of flavor, and the noodles have that perfect chewy texture. The Spicy Chicken is tender and delicious, with a generous portion size. We also enjoyed the Shrimp, Pork & Chive steamed dumplings — very tasty as well! Highly recommend this place! Great food, great service, and we will definitely be coming back again soon! 😋✨
