I place my order and I pay and grab my drink but they were out of lids and the lemonade tasted watery so I go to tell them and they completely ignore me for 10 to 15 minutes now I understand that it was full but that gave them no excuse to ignore me. I was prepared to leave my cup and go but then an employee finally helped. Worst service ever and I order here a lot

Took a long time to place my order and only one person in front of me. Looked like they were doing call ins but also a lot of items not available. Not too bad on off freeway but pretty busy area traffic wise as a lot of other big box stores near by. Food was good staff was nice but slow.

I Ordered on the app 25 mins before arriving and the order still wasn’t ready. This location is busy and always active but if they are aware of that why isn’t there more workers. I ended up waiting 20 minutes in the online order line for a total of 45 minutes just to get my food. Additionally Today 03/25/26 there were 5 people working and only one of them was actually serving food! 3 of them were making the food and one was on the phone in the corner pretending to be using the work computer. What kind of management is this?? Why isn’t there two people serving and the rest making food like all the other Panda Express in town. All I’m saying here is that management of this location is not doing things efficiently. If you need your food quickly go to another location or get from Wendy’s which is right next to it.

I got a small side and didn't see the price, I admit that was my fault. It's about 7 dollars, I asked the employee if I could pay the difference and upgrade to a plate or just pay for another side (7$) and get the plate( 13$) and they just said no and didnt offer a solution . I didn't want to be rude and ask for a refund and do it it that way but it's just poor customer service makes me not want to go back.

Sonia and Diane were GREAT! This place was jammed with people on a Friday night and these 2 young ladies were calm, friendly, polite actually enjoying helping and serving customers! They made it worth waiting in line to order! Our food was hot, fresh and delicious! When I need my next Panda fix I'm going HERE!
