Been coming to china garden since I was a toddler and the food has always been the best Chinese food in Bakersfield I forgot the picture of the potstickers but they are phenomenal.

I’ve been coming to China Garden in Bakersfield for years and they have never missed. The food is always so bomb, fresh, and full of flavor every single time. You can really tell they care about their customers and the quality of their food. The server, Yoya, is also the sweetest and kindest lady ever! Yoya always makes everyone feel so welcomed and cared for. This place has been such a huge part of my childhood and holds so many memories for me and my family. Definitely one of my all-time favorite comfort spots. Highly recommend!

Just want to have a delicious and tasty meal, this small business in the Stine Plaza will definitely satisfy your hunger! Come and enjoy the exquisite Chinese delights. And believe me if my hubby a Mexicali native and Chinese food critic love it, so will you!!

If you ever saw Christmas Story it’s like that restaurant..old school Chinese food minus the duck chop . Nothing special on decor, nostalgic of the 80s but comfy and the lady knows us when we come in. She is sweet and the foods is good old school Chinese. My favorites are the pork chow mein, fried rice —-delicious and cashew chicken. They have been here 40yrs and serving me for 16yrs. I would love to keep them open. Stop by sometime and try it out

I’ve been coming to China Garden for 40 years! Great food every time! Great potstickers! Highly recommended! I’m be sad when the owner retires. Get it why you can! I come here as much as possible with my son.
