Overall, was pretty good! If you are looking for flavor, freshness, authentic, and filling, this is your spot. You order through the QR code and the staff comes around to drop off dishes and pick up empty ones. I loved the spicy lamb with noodles, braised rib meat with noodles, and chow fun! The noodles were meaty and tender and chewy - I could eat them all day! I also loved how spicy and flavorful the dishes were.

We came here for lunch before heading back to Phoenix. We found 四姐 Special Noodle on Yelp, and wonder how "special" their noodles really are. When we walked in, we saw a Chinese emperor-style chair with two huge ceramic vases on both sides. It's perfect for pictures, and yes, we did take a few. We got seated right away, and each table has its own iPad for ordering, which makes everything easy. We ordered dumplings, buns, noodles, and stir-fried intestine. The dumplings were sooo juicy and tasty. The wrapper was just right, not too thick and not too thin. The pork pan-fried buns were amazing, crispy on the bottom (a must) and juicy inside. I would definitely order those again. I believe they make their noodles in-house; the noodles were nice and chewy, loved it. The intestine stir-fry tasted good, just a little too greasy for us. We love trying new restaurants, and it's even better when they are good.

Delicious food. I think their soup dumplings were better than Din Tai Fung in Vegas. Their beef noodle soup is delicious and so was the ma po tofu. We had several dishes but they all came out individually after a break with each dish so, that was tough- however, it’s Xmas so they were short handed. We’ll definitely go back. I think it might be one of the tastiest Chinese restaurants in Vegas.

The right order makes all the difference! We first visited Special Noodle and found it to be just average. However, we returned recently with a friend and realized that the experience here depends entirely on what you order! This time, we tried the Sheng Jian Bao (Pan-fried Pork Buns), Green Bean Noodles, and Mala Tang. The Sheng Jian Bao was absolutely stunning. They arrived piping hot with a bottom that was perfectly crispy yet soft—easily the best I’ve ever had. The Green Bean Noodles were incredibly flavorful as well. Our server was fantastic; he was very welcoming and explained that they make their chili oil in-house and carefully select their vinegar. Adding the vinegar to the buns made them so fragrant, and the chili oil in the noodles was addictive! The Mala Tang was solid, though it didn’t leave as much of an impression as the other two dishes. If you visit, I highly recommend trying their signature buns and the seasoned noodles. Choosing the right dishes turned our previous "average" impression into a great dining experience!

MUST TRY!!! We arrived around 5 p.m. on a Friday night and were seated right away. Funny enough, we had tried to come twice earlier in the week but couldn’t get seated because the wait time was over 100 minutes. We ordered six dishes from their Top 10 menu, and every single one was amazing - no disappointments at all! Highly recommend!
