Honestly one of the best meals we had in Vegas. The beef noodle soup was so good, and they were really generous with the beef portions. Great food at a very reasonable price. The cucumber salad was also super refreshing and flavorful. The spring rolls were okay — the wrapper was a little too thick for my taste, and I wish the filling had a bit more going on. The Yangzhou fried rice was the weakest dish we tried since the flavor was pretty plain. But overall, still a spot I’d happily come back to. Really hope you open a location in Dallas someday! I’m definitely going to miss this place!

Was able to get on the waitlist online. We were seated within 5 minutes of arriving. The Shang beef noodles were my favourite by far! Incredibly rich and good portions of beef. Highly recommend the spicy wontons as well. The beef pancakes were a bit oily, but still delicious. Really enjoyed the chicken chow mein. Would not get the Dan dan noodles again, as I didn’t really enjoy the flavour. All the noodles were perfect texture and cooked well.

My wife has had Shang Artisan Noodle bookmarked forever, so when we finally made it out to Vegas, this was literally our first stop. Absolutely worth it. It’s off the Strip, incredibly affordable, and the portions are huge for the price. We joined the waitlist while driving over, which ended up being a smart move because within about 15 minutes of arriving, the place was completely packed. We ordered the beef pancakes, spicy wontons, shrimp chow mein with knife-shaved noodles, and the Shàng beef noodle soup with hand-pulled noodles. Every single thing was excellent, even the water which was cucumber-infused. My only tiny criticism: the beef noodle soup looked hotter temperature-wise than it actually was. If the broth had been just a little hotter, it would’ve been perfect. Flavor-wise though? Outstanding. Also, fair warning on the beef pancakes: bite carefully unless you want hot juice shooting across the table.

This is a noodle restaurant I eat at every time I visit Las Vegas . The flavors are very authentic and really remind me of Shanghai. I’m not sure if it’s just me or if I missed it, but I remember this place used to be Michelin-recommended. I’m not sure why they no longer display the sign in front of the restaurant. Back to the noodles — if it’s your first time here, honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. I highly recommend all of their noodles. My personal favorites are the pork chop noodles and shredded chicken noodles. If you order either of these, definitely add extra meat — it makes the meal incredibly satisfying. The pan-fried dumplings are also very good, but be careful with the first bite because they’re filled with hot soup inside.

I’LL NEVER FORGET THIS MEAL. It was so tasty, meat was tender, hand pulled noodles were chewy and the soup was full of aroma. It was perfectly balanced. Portion size is really big and it was only 15 dollars. servers were attentive and nice and the cooks were very cool! We went there with the bus but it was worth making the round trip. Best thing you can eat at LV.
