Ping Pang Pong delivers real authentic dim sum in Vegas, and I really enjoyed it. The restaurant brings that classic experience with traditional carts rolling around serving fresh dim sum right to your table. The shumai and shrimp dumplings were decent and hit the spot. Portions and quality felt very good for the price — definitely not expensive by Vegas standards. Overall, it offers excellent value and a fun, traditional dim sum vibe. Highly recommended if you’re craving authentic dim sum!

The Strategy: Early Bird Gets the Table We arrived at 4:30 PM, which was the perfect move. The restaurant was quiet, and we were seated immediately with no wait. Be warned: this spot is a local favorite, and it gets incredibly busy during weekends and holidays. If you don't want to deal with a crowd, arriving before the 6:00 PM rush is highly recommended. The Food: Standout Quality The kitchen delivers deep, authentic flavors that justify the restaurant's reputation. We ordered four dishes, and they were all hits: • Tender Beef: This was the star of the table. The beef was perfectly prepared—incredibly tender and savory, not chewy at all. • Clams & Lotus Root: Both were "all good"—the clams were fresh, and the lotus root provided that essential crunch and balance to the meal. The Value: Reasonable & Fair For four substantial dishes, the total came to $136 (including tax and tip). In the current Las Vegas dining scene—especially compared to the inflated prices on the Strip—this is very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes you receive. Service & Atmosphere Because we arrived early, the atmosphere was peaceful and allowed for easy conversation. Regarding the staff, the service could be more attentive in general. They are efficient, but a bit more proactive check-ins would have made the experience seamless. Five-star experience all around! The restaurant was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a relaxing vibe. The staff was very friendly and helpful when explaining menu items. The orange chicken and vegetable fried rice were both excellent, and the sauces tasted homemade. Prices were affordable, and the portion sizes were impressive. This is definitely one of the best Chinese restaurants in town. I ordered takeout from here for the first time, and I was extremely impressed. The food arrived hot, fresh, and packaged carefully. The chicken lo mein was flavorful and loaded with ingredients, and the crab rangoons were crispy and delicious. Even after delivery, everything tasted freshly made. Great quality, fast service, and reasonable prices. I’ll definitely be ordering again soon.

Great foods and nice atmosphere with variety of delicious foods. Very original Chinese cuisine and super fresh. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Not disappointed, glad I made it over from Sahara Casino. Consistent from last June-2025. Har-gow and shrimp rice rolls were really good. XO sauce rice rolls were the weakest link. Black bean spareribs and fried Taro were good.
