Nice slightly off the beaten path Asian food. Great flavors all the way around. Great portions. Prices are very fair. This is a small place but they also do take out. My one comparing would be the soup dumplings I got all broke when I tried to pick them up from the steam basket. I tried with the spoon, by hand, and chopsticks... all broke and soup went under the basket. That's such a let-down, because that's all the fun. I'd still go back. Might be the best stir-fry veggies in garlic sauce I've had in many years. Wish it had a few pieces of broccoli in it. Come try this place.

The food was so fresh and flavorful. Everything came out as soon as it was ready so it was all piping hot. The place was small and quaint with a view of the dim sum being made.

This place is disgusting! I typically go to the Decatur Street location which is excellent, but as they were closed last Tuesday I went to this location. I requested “very light oil” in my food. It came literally floating in a sea of oil! It had a strong bitter taste! See the photos for the oil that leaked out of the food and into the paper bag. I had two bites and had to run to the bathroom with explosive diarrhea!!!! BEWARE!! GO TO THE DECATUR STREET LOCATION!!! THEY CAN COOK!

Went for lunch as a solo diner and had a good experience. I ordered the wontons in spicy sauce, veggie stir-fry, and jasmine tea. The tea was high quality and didn't get bitter after steeping for a while. The flavor of the wontons was good, only downside is that they were very slightly over-boiled so fell apart a little. The spicy sauce was tasty though a little more umami and less chili-oil forward than I've typically had with this dish (maybe soy sauce added). The veggie stir fry was flavorful and had a nice variety of vegetables: caulini, lotus root, taro, bell peppers, celery. Service was very attentive and the restaurant was clean. I would return in the future.

O DEAR what an absolute disaster…in plain English we asked for a MEDIUM SPICY HOT POT the young lady advised us as we had never eaten there before or tried the “ cook your own “ hot pot …. We asked for a MILD as we had the option to add spices should we need 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯….. I have to add this was without doubt the hottest spiciest broth/hot pot in the history of man kind it was inedible and yes we left it all after around 4 bites between us , so all this said after we explained this to the server they went back to the open kitchen and explained the situation which to us looked like there reaction was to bust out laughing. After this they were so gracious to half that cost of dish and expect a tip 😱 ARE YOU IN THE REAL WORLD 🤯🤯🤯 the dumplings feel apart from the moment you tried to pick them out of the basket obviously way to soft… shame real shame summing up NEW ORLEANS has so much food to offer and this was in our experience is NOT WHAT TO EAT …… oh and by the way the toilets absolutely disgusting AVOID guys there is much better .
