I feel like the first hint was that all the other restaurants had lineups to go in and walking into the establishment we were able to get a table, no problem. Especially in Chinatown in Chicago for there not to be a lot of people in this restaurant kind of concerning, but we didn’t wanna wait in line and Google said that the reviews are really good for this place. Mind you we did get dim sum so who knows if the regular dinner dishes would be better. We ordered the staples as attached in the photos. Everything was warm, but not hot. Lacked a lot of flavor. The hottest dish that came out where the shrimp spring rolls. Can’t go wrong with those to be honest. Again, like I said, maybe their dinner is better. If I had to compare price wise, I feel like it’s comparable to Toronto prices.

Very busy place, seemed popular! Great dim sum options and came with pictures. The food came all at once after a bit of wait. Each dish was great as shareable for 3-4 people. Prices were very decent for the amount and taste of food! Food wasn't too salty. Not much dishes with vegetables, though. Also 'crêpe' was large rolled rice noodle. Pretty clean inside, bathrooms were also clean. The entrance is around the corner of the road NOT directly connected to the parking lot (added picture for reference. The door under the big sign from the parking lot is NOT an entrance. Almost followed an employee by mistake and he signaled to come in from the other side). Would recommend if you are in the Chicago area.

I always enjoy dining at MingHin, especially because I’m a big fan of Asian cuisine. I’ve visited several of their locations, including Arlington Heights and Naperville, and I was excited to try this one as well. The experience was wonderful from start to finish. The food is consistently delicious no matter which location you visit, and that’s one of the things I appreciate most about MingHin. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, the service is excellent, and every dish is prepared with the same high quality. I had a fantastic meal and will definitely be coming back again!

Came here in a Sunday morning and didn’t have to wait for a table. Wanted to try dim sum in Chicago and their dim sum was pretty good. They don’t have the push carts, you order on the form and they bring them out to your table. Their shrimp rice rolls were really good! We definitely over ordered for just 2 people.

Definitely the outlier to these reviews bc 100% not worth what we spent here. Most of everything was disappointing in the taste and texture. Only two things were good and that were the shu mai and shrimp dumplings. The “beef crepe” was too thick. The short ribs were mainly fat and hardened, sweetened meat. The broccoli should’ve been cooked for longer. Cucumber too vinegary. Idk maybe I’m just a hater but at least the food tasted way better when high at night lmao.
