2nd Visit: Sad to say I won't be coming back anymore to this place. Gave it a second try and it's really bad. Everything was salty. And the chili spice was overwhelming. Taro Boba tea is bad also. It's ok to pay for an expensive food if it's worth it. Really I cook better than them. I am of Chinese decent born and raised in Southeast Asia. When u see a Chinese restaurant and majority of their customers are none Asian then be skeptical. Which means their taste is geared towards the American taste. First visit: I love Beef noodle soup and I am not a fan of their version. The soup was so salty it was at the dangerous level. The spiciness is too much you can't taste the food anymore. I even got the 50%. Soup dumpling is bland in favor. Price is decent so I will give this place another chance will come back and try other noodles they have. But this time I will definitely tell them not too salty. Hope it works and better.

Incredibly disappointing. Go elsewhere. Dumplings were inedible. My shrimp shumai had almost no shrimp and was instead filled with some kind of starch, almost like cornbread + was sweet. I’d rather you charge me more and sell me real shrimp, don’t charge me for cornbread dumplings and call them shrimp. The veggie dumplings just had a horrible taste/no taste. Then the ‘soy sauce’ to go packet ruined anything I dipped in it. What even is all this stuff added in it (see photo)? Please use better ingredients and just charge slightly more. One of the more disappointing food experiences of late.

Nice little Chinese restaurant near the Dearborn station. Friendly service and good food. We ordered a smattering of appetizers and entree food. Loved the boiled Szechuan beef and the potatoes (essentially fries topped with spicy szechuan and red peppers). Family sized portions. They're BYOB! Street metered parking available around.

We were next door having wine, but passed this place on the way and circled back once we got hungry. What a hidden gem! We got three plates which left us perfectly full. The wontons and dumplings were thin, with a generous amount of filling and in perfectly seasoned sauces. My friend got a noodle dish and at first we were concerned they would be dry, but were delighted to find out there was a hidden serving of a very tasty sauce under the noodles once mixed. Overall would gladly come back and definitely recommend this for a date night or quick bite out!

OMG I think those are genuinely the best noodles I have had in Chicago. You can taste that they're fresh and homemade. Not a single dish was a disappointment. I've been here multiple times since the opening already and have managed to try a big chunk of the menu and here are my favorites: - Steamed dumplings, any kind. The pan fried were good but standard. The steamed dumplings are to die for. The dough is delicious and the dumplings are JUICY - Spicy Wonton Noodle Soup has crazy umami and is the perfect amount of spice -Suan La Fen with it's sour soup and sweet potato noodles is to die for - Cold Noodle Salad is something even a picky eater would enjoy. Simple but super flavorful - Sichuan Zajiang noodles look a bit basic but you have to stir it to reveal all the sauce and meat at the bottom. Again, a perfect amount of spice and the noodles taste amazingly fresh Also, the price to quality and quantity ratio is INSANE. The portions are enough to feed 2, so be prepared to take some to go if you're ordering multiple items. Overall, this place is really worth trying out. I'm super happy to have them in the neighborhood ☺️
