Sat in my car for over 10 min after being told it would be 4 min wait to bring out food. Went in and my order had been forgotten about. Food i ordered was going to again be another 5 min wait. I said nvm on the steak. I will just take a drink. They also had to make more spring rolls. I said nvm to that as well. Was told I could only have a small drink. Was never offered a refund and am out some money now. I beleive her name was Reese at the drive thru. Very friendly not her fault. Possibly manager at fron counter at 950 am. If customer service is not your thing go elsewhere.

Staff of girls here were so uninterested in helping us and had sour grumpy looks it was embarrassing as my grandkids said their shirts said happy. Also we sat down at our table and they were too lazy to say our food was ready or even bring it over. Need retraining or new management to at least be nice to paying guests. I asked for a sauce and gurl looked so grumpy to get it. My grandson said mall one better and agree

Panda is going downhill like so many other restaurants. This is my kung pao chicken and beiging beef with greens... No beef... Lost my weekly purchases.... Got charged for 2 entrees but only got one...no more from this place..

Small portions here, I don't know what's standard but every other panda I go to the bowl is normally covered in chicken to the point where the rice isn't really visible and here it's just half that. Also the fountain machine drips condensation water into your drink if you aren't careful, probably some health hazard.

Walked into this Panda at about 9:15 p.m. ish the girls didn't greet as we walked in 1in particular her name is ALEXA MARLEN A. She had a really nasty disgusting attitude all for getting 10 plates more than 2 hours prior to them closing. She was rolling her eyes talking with another employee because I orderded 10 plates to go. They had to make the cooks cook more broccoli beef the cook didn't get mad or say anything he did his job, but the steam tables mostly empty. The servings were not even a full servings. I WILL NOT EVER BE GOING TO THIS PANDA YOU GUYS LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER 😡 thanks to your employee ALEXA
