It was Saturday Night and we were trying to figure out what we were gonna do for dinner. We had already decided that we would go to the Mei Kong Plaza to do some shopping, and we figured we would eat at one of the establishments that were there. We hadn't had hot pot in a very long time, and we figured we would give Haidilao a try. I thought their concept was extremely interesting as they have a restaurant and a gift shop right next door that sells all types of cute Asian novelties. The restaurant is definitely family-oriented. They had a few areas set up for people who were having birthdays. I found the restaurant to be extremely well-lit, and the food presentation was very appetizing. I found it a bit challenging, going through the menu on an iPad, but that's just because I am an old-fashioned kind of guy. The food quality was very good and very fresh. I would advise at least one person in your party to spend the extra $3.99 for the additional bar so that you can get different spices to accent the taste of your food. In my opinion, my soup, which was the mushroom was very bland, and I needed to spice it up. I just wish I had had my Vietnamese fish sauce for that meal. Note to self: bring Vietnamese fish sauce next time I visit this establishment. If you pay the $3.99 extra, you get the additional appetizers and spice bar as well as dessert, which consists of various Asian delights, and you also have a choice of getting vanilla or strawberry ice cream if you ask your server. Our server was extremely personable and dead. A great job checking on us during our meal. All in all, it was a good experience and we will be back.

Where do I even start!! This place is probably one of the BEST hot pot places ever, super accommodating workers super sweet our server Isabelle was kindest soul ever and super helpful. Got our meat served by the cutest little cat robot and it was super fast on top of that, definitely recommend the spicy pork bone broth and of course the tomato base broth. Everything was super filling and soo good! I feel everything was definitely worth the price for what we ordered, the sauce bar was really nice we were able to make our own little sauces and grab some fruit!! This was our first time trying hot pot here and I’ll tell you definitely a 10/10 the manager was also really sweet as well as the host. Overall the customer service here was ELITEE and everyone was soo helpful, food was perfect broth was perfect atmosphere to perfection! P.S. the snacks are just soo good 🥹

A top hot pot chain from China, with lots of restaurants in the US. As a chain, it can be familiar to those with experience with this type of restaurant. The meats and ingredients are tasty and with lots of selections. Overall, we had a good experience here.

Haidilao Hot Pot is hands down one of the nicest hot pot experiences I’ve had. The interior is super fancy and very modern, giving the whole place an upscale vibe while still feeling comfortable. The restaurant was extremely clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The food quality really stands out — the broths are rich, flavorful, and very tasty, with plenty of options to choose from. Their seasoning, sauce, and fruit bar is top-tier and lets you fully customize your meal. There’s a great variety of meats, veggies, and add-ins, so everyone can find something they love. A fun bonus: if you’re celebrating a birthday, they do cool birthday music and bring out fun poster-style signs, which adds to the experience. The location is also perfect, right in the new Mekong Expansion Asian Market, making it easy to explore before or after your meal. Overall, amazing food, great service, and a unique, high-quality dining experience. Definitely worth coming back.

Had a great experience at Haidilao Hot Pot! The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor - exactly what you expect from Haidilao. The broth was rich and satisfying, and everything we ordered came out perfectly. What really made the experience stand out was the service. Our server Carlos was amazing - super attentive, friendly, and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Even with a busy table, he stayed patient and helpful the whole time. Truly top-notch service! Highly recommend this location for both the food and the outstanding service. Will definitely be coming back.
