Had a Long day was looking forward and so I ordered ahead on app and went to pick in drive thru, the lady was nice, gave me my food and drink so I drove home and showered and undressed and came to my surprise when I open my plate I was missing my portion of teriyaki chicken very disappointed, can’t bother driving back for it this late at night. Such a mood killer

The place was very clean. They didn't have many choices for entrees and what we did order was alright

Food is fresh. Whenever we ask for more beef in our beef and broccoli they accommodate us. Also if the wait is longer they offer us a beverage while we wait

This location is a hit or miss sometimes the food they serve is good and other times it's so bad. I honestly think it just depends on who is working that day, but it shouldn't be that way. Most of the time, I order through drive-thru and they always forget to add my sauces. I'm a sauce girly so yes, I do take it seriously. This specific location needs big time improvement in their customer service and food quality. Their reviews say it all.

Went through the drive-through. Had to repeat my order a few times yet when I pulled off and checked the food I received Teriyaki chicken instead of orange. I thought I would just eat that instead but the Teriyaki was disgusting, chewy and not visually recognizable as chicken. I went inside and they gave me the correct entré but I had to throw away the Teriyaki "chicken". The orange chicken was ok, not great.
