Decided to eat here after a gym session and boy was the service bad. A worker in her car watched me wait by the door for 3 to 5 minutes after opening time. I then walked in after the worker on the inside opened the door after I had sat back in my car. Nobody acknowledged me at all. I waited about 5 minutes and then began to leave. As I walked out I slipped on a puddle and landed on my backside. There was no wet floor sign. It hurt. I was embarrassed. I got up and left. I then attempted to go thru the drive thru. There were only 2 cars. So I backed out and went inside again. Hilariously there was now a wet floor sign cus I think a worker saw me getting up from the floor earlier. I then tried to get the workers attention and they still were trying to ignore me. Finally 2 workers were near me at the start of the order line but funny enough they weren’t ready to take my order. I told them it’s okay but they can at least acknowledge their customer. I’m the only one in the building. I said my peace. Blessed them and walked out. Terrible.

I’ll come by here every so often for takeout, but had one of the best tasting “fast casual” meals last night. Half veg, half noodles, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken for $12 can’t be beat. Maybe it’s the workers at this location in particular, but the quality is punching way above its weight class.

Food taste is great and fresh! I think they should work on service (sauces provided related) I specifically asked for a certain amount and flavor, they gave me what they wanted. It was a drive thru order and I didn’t checked until I got home. It’s not the first time, also the broccoli is not a bite size (fork for size reference).

I recently visited Panda Express #3932 on January 29, 2025, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service! From the moment I walked in, I received a warm welcome from the entire staff, which set a great tone for my meal. The food was fresh and hot—absolutely delicious! I was also impressed by how quickly my order was prepared, and everything was spot on. A special shoutout to my server, Jazlynn B, for her exceptional service. I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience.

My brother and I (Latin) entered to the store with good attitude until they ignore us for several minutes waiting to order while they were laughing. The worst thing was when other customer (American girl) entered and they immediately attended her before us. That was so rude and insulting. I suggest to all of them to evaluate their human values and equity.
