The House Special Grilled Fish Skewers were very good. The name is misleading as the pieces of fish appear more like they were fried rather than grilled. They were delicious nonetheless. It's served hot pot style in a light broth that had a very faint taste of sichuan peppercorns. It also had kelp knots & cauliflower; not spicy at all. The squid was a little chewy but had good flavor. The eggplant was good too. I've heard many times that they offer chow fun, and influencers show them in their videos but this is the 2nd time I've been here asking for them. First time they said it was only available at night bc only their evening shift chef makes them. This time we dined during the 8pm hour and they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Our server was very confused as she seemed to have never heard of this dish?! The staff was nice and attentive otherwise.

This place has the best authentic Sichuan style Chinese food in Phoenix! The dry pot is amazing which I recommend the most and the string beans and chili chicken were spicy enough to my liking. Only thing I didn't like too much was the shredded potatoes because they added too much vinegar making it more sour than spicy. Still the rest of the dishes make up for it. Food is reasonably priced, much more compared to SoCal. Plenty of parking outside and the staff are friendly.

So glad I stopped at Original Cuisine after passing it earlier on my way to an appointment. Do not let the building or the area around it turn you off. Walk in and you will be warmly greeted by their staff. I was tired so I got my food to go. I went with the broccoli beef that came with white rice. I got home and could not wait to open up my bag. The food was still pipping hot and I dug in! The broccoli had a great crunch to it and was seasoned well. The same for the beef. The sauce was light, and had a delicious flavor without being too salty. I got a few meals out of it for just $12! This will be my new spot whenever I get a craving. I can't wait to come back!

We actually came to Original Cuisine a long time ago, but with so many new restaurants opening, we kind of forgot about it. We came back on a Saturday night for dinner, and honestly, once we walked in, all the memories came right back. The place isn’t very big, but it’s roomy enough, and the tables aren’t too close to each other, so it feels comfortable even when it’s busy. Our server was really nice and friendly, which we always appreciate. The food was just as good as we remembered, fresh, flavorful, and very satisfying. We ordered quite a few dishes: beef tongue, crispy pork intestines, Tianjin pancakes, sliced beef with ox tongue, numbing pork blood, cabbage, pork belly with garlic, and braised beef noodle soup. Everything came out great and tasted very authentic. The pork belly with garlic was definitely the highlight. It was tender, super flavorful, and the presentation was fun too. The braised beef noodle soup was comforting, and all the other dishes were solid and delicious. Coming back here really reminded us how good this place is. Now that our taste buds are refreshed, we’ll definitely be back more often. Some good restaurants really stand the test of time, and Original Cuisine is definitely one of them.

Those dumplings were VERY good. Music selection felt completely random but was funny to recognize songs. Service was very fast. Got our food in less than 10 minutes after ordering. You order through your phone by scanning a barcode on your table.
