Love the food in the Assembly Food Hall! Ordered takeout from the Germantown location: Beef Noodle Soup and the Seared Hot Dumpling Bowl with Chicken Dumplings. Food was absolutely delicious.

Pretty mid, nothing I’d pay $19 to park for again. Had 2 types of dumplings, beef noodle soup, beef Gua Boa and 5 spice popcorn chicken. 5-spice was most fried crunchies and not much meat. Pistachio drink was good despite not coming as ordered and chicken dumplings came out cold. Beef noodle soup was decent but some of the beef had hard tendon pieces. Just mid.

Food is great! The beef soup I got was good. Very expensive though. My husband got popcorn chicken rice bowl and it was $7 for just the popcorn chicken, and to add rice is another $7, which the server didn't even mention. That's the most expensive plain white rice we've had! Ambiance is okay. It would have been better if there were no bags and backpacks lying on the corner, which I'm not sure why. Also, the place doesn't have trash can anywhere, which is weird. Bathroom is clean at least and I would rate 4 out of 5.

This is a cozy little spot for some comfort food and atmosphere which is perfect for the fall weather. We stopped here to grab a bite for a late lunch. We started with their vegetarian seared bao which was so fluffy and moist. The filling had a lot of flavor. My husband got the beef shank which he absolutely loved. The soup had a lot of flavor and the noodles had a great texture to them. I ordered the hot dumpling bowl with vegetable dumplings which were originally not on their menu but they were happy to make them. The dumplings had a lot of flavor but they were a little too spicy for me. Overall it was some good food at a very reasonable price. Do try their tiger sugar tea.

First time in Nashville and my sister recommended we try Steamboys. The beef noodle soup was so delicious, plenty of beef and noodles!!! We also had some steam dumplings (not pictured) and boba drinks. Great meal overall, service was great. Decor inside was nice, but I saw a box of backpacks on the floor in the corner don't know why that was there.
