Justin Jones a month agoThe all you can eat hot pot is so much fun, lots of good meats, seafoods, veggies, etc. I particularly loved the Kobe beef and the mussels. The Szechuan spice broth was delicious. The birthday song robot was so cute!!

Rajeev Jha 4 months agoDining at Sabu Sabu was one of those evenings that turned into a full experience rather than just a meal. I visited with a close friend and my manager, and from the moment we walked in, the energy of the place felt lively and welcoming. The restaurant was buzzing, tables filled with people enjoying steaming pots and laughter — it instantly built excitement for what was coming next. The concept itself makes the meal interactive and engaging. Sitting around a hot pot, choosing ingredients, cooking them just the way you like — it naturally brings conversation and connection to the table. It was refreshing to enjoy time with my manager outside the usual work setting, and the relaxed atmosphere made everything feel easy and enjoyable. The food truly stood out. The broths were deeply flavorful, rich without being overwhelming, and perfectly balanced. The meats were impressively fresh and tender, cooking quickly in the simmering broth and absorbing all that delicious flavor. Each bite felt satisfying and high quality. There were plenty of options for meat lovers and seafood fans, and the variety made it fun to keep trying different combinations. While the vegetarian options were somewhat limited compared to the rest of the menu, there were still enough good choices to create a fulfilling experience. Fresh vegetables, tofu selections, noodles, and flavorful broths made it possible to enjoy the meal without feeling restricted. It may not be a fully vegetarian-focused spot, but with a little creativity, you can still have a very enjoyable dining experience. The service was attentive and helpful, especially when guiding us through the menu and explaining how to get the best out of the hot pot experience. Everything felt clean, organized, and thoughtfully managed despite how busy it was. Overall, it was a fantastic night — great food, engaging dining style, and even better company. I’m already looking forward to going back again.
Kathryn Wisner 4 months agoSo this is a solid hot pot/barbecue combo. They have a really cool conveyor belt for the veggies and noodles. But if you’re not seated next to the conveyor belt or you don’t wanna wait for things to come around almost everything on the conveyor belt is also available on the Wall sections on the other side as well. The barbecue meats were well marinated when that was the case. It seemed fresh and they were a nice thick cut, which is great for the barbecue. The self-serve hot pot meat was a new thing for me. I’ve only ever been where they bring it out to you and if you’re not used to Hot pot seeing the frozen meat rolls can be a little bit jarring but it’s OK I promise. They also have a fun selection of drinks, including Boba teas with lots of options.
