Possibly one of my best Chinese experiences in the Dallas-Houston-Oklahoma area. Made by Chinese people and hence, food is authentic. Traditionally, Chinese food is salty. This place is the opposite. I could use some extra salt! Their eggplant chicken is really good.

I ordered the hot and spicy pork intestine and sliced fish in clay pot and they were hot but flavorful and pretty oily. 🥵 order this only if you can handle spice because it has the numbing pepper in it that numbs your tongue. I love it

The eggplant claypot tasted amazing! I will definitely come back for it! The service was great too. The waiter even offered to put the leftovers to the to-go box.

The service and food were phenomenal. The menu was extensive with very generous portion sizes. It was definitely worth the drive up to Edmond.
