Ordered Sesame beef and beef fried rice. The sesame beef didn’t taste like meat, but tasted like batter. You had to peel a huge layer of batter to even see the beef. We were hoping that the fried rice would be better. But nope, they used old oil, the beef was stale, and worst of all, there was strand of hair. Since I was hungry, I didn’t read the reviews before buying. But it looks like there are a lot of complaints from a long time, and it seems like there hasn’t been any improvements. I really hope you can make it your goal to be authentic to how you serve people who are generating your profit. Imagine how great it would be for you to create joy through your food. What is your actual goal? Wouldn’t it be nice if people recommended your restaurant to others? I don’t see the point of doing something when it’s not the best out there.

First of all, the $10 per plate is not worth it here. Second, I’m not sure what kind of Mexican-Asian fusion rice attempt this is but I’m sure as hell this is not what fried rice looks like, nor what it tastes like. The advertised pictures of their food are not what you get. The poor taste of the food seems to be overcompensating with the amount of oil. One of the 2 orders of Sesame chicken is undercooked. For reference each item you see in these pictures are “full plates” yes the boxed fried rice is a meal. There was an option to get large items. Not sure what the red stuff is on the sesame chicken rice but all of the food was dissatisfying, disgusting and disappointing.

The last two times it seemed like I paid too much for what we ordered. I used to enjoy there food but as I was saying even paying extra for things they cut the size down that we usually get to make up for the difference of asking and paying for extra so it equals out to be the same. Then when I say something about it he had a attitude about it, we work hard for our money and when we order it to go we would like it to be a great meal like we ordered it and paid for it, I am not sure if we will be giving them another chance. I. Try to give everyone credit and a chance to make it right but it seems like it wasn't important enough for them to try to FIX IT ! I NEVER EVER have asked for FREE FOOD OR ANYTHING I don't believe in that. .. I try to shop and eat at mom and pop places to help little places grow but if they are going to treat me ( us ) like I ( we ) don't matter than my money is not good enough to spend there as well, ( we spend over $ 50.00 ) I think I will have to find a new place . I hope you have a better experience than we had at the end .

not a bad basic-chinese-take-out spot! a lot of these reviews look super negative but i've never had a bad experience here. counter service isn't the greatest but it usually looks like everyone is busy helping. sweet and sour chicken always delivers (pictured is the sesame chicken which was good too). got these little triangles that tasted like pork & bread once? amazing. i think we got them as a replacement for the crab rangoons so i don't even know what they were called but i loved them. nothing bad to say!

The egg rolls not good at all… how do you screw up an egg roll? The chicken fried rice was edible but not very good. As I was leaving I saw into the kitchen and they were handling all the food bare handed. In this day and time with covid 19 handling food without gloves or masks is just not safe. If I hadn’t been starving i would have thrown my order away.
