Came here to try the food before we went out to a show. The restaurant was clean and the staff was super friendly. We tried the dim sum. We got the chill mango pudding, sweet rice cake, there's something scallop dumpling, fried shrimp ball, and the mixel ox stew. Everything was delicious and we will definitely be stopping in again to try their regular menu.

I cant tell you how much dim sum means to me. So to be able to have excellent cart service on the weekends paired with the most genuine and nice staff makes me come back time and time again. The owners are so sweet and the options are really nice.

We got; From the dim sum menu: Eggplant with shrimp sauce (greasy and no shrimp flavour) The pork dumplings (just not very special) Egg custards (you could really taste the margarine) And from the main menu we got ginger chicken and it just wasn't very nice, either. In terms of atmosphere, when we walked in the lights in the seating area in front were off and we thought it was closed. Really excellent tile work, though. It wasn't absolutely awful but I wouldn't recommend it and we won't go back.

Staff were very knowledgeable and happy to help. The dim sum were so fun to try. The main dishes were well seasoned. Would come back.

We jumped on the Albuquerque Foodies bandwagon and tried Ming Dynasty. We were not disappointed. The food was delicious. Though they have a sign asking for patience for lack of staff, we were served quickly and our food came out much faster than expected. We enjoyed the pork and ginger dumplings as well as the stuffed shrimp on the sugar cane. We will be going back to try even more. A good place for a small bite or a large shareable meal.
