I went here a week ago and it was absolutely delicious. The best authentic Chinese food I have ever had. There is a perfect balance of savor and sweetness. The portions are large and very filling. The appetizers are to die for as well (I recommend the dumplings, they are made and are super juicy, the sauce is just perfect in every way) Even with 4 people 3 orders is plenty. The waiters are extremely vigilant and kind, they are constantly circling around seeing if you are okay or not. Not only are the foods good, the drinks are fantastic too. They were extremely refreshing and delicious. I recommend this spot to anyone looking for authentic Chinese in Atlanta!!!

HSUS has been a staple in Atlanta for over 3 decades, serving authentic, gourmet Chinese food that never disappoints. The service and ambience have remained consistently excellent all these years. I enjoy every visit and keep coming back.

This place is completely magical! From the moment you step in, you're immersed in a mystical, enchanting atmosphere that sets the tone for a memorable night. The drinks menu is a bit limited, but that’s clearly not their focus—and that’s okay! The espresso martini was fantastic, and the strawberry lemon drop was equally impressive. As for the food—WOW. The Mongolian beef deserves 1000 out of 100. Perfectly cooked, bursting with flavor. The pineapple fried rice was just as amazing—so aromatic, savory, and full of personality. But what truly sets this place apart is the service. If I could give 10 stars for hospitality, I would! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive. Our server Tas was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu. There was also an older gentleman and a younger woman consistently checking in and making sure every table felt looked after. This is what true hospitality looks like. Excellent job to the whole team—I'll definitely be coming back!

“Meh” is all I can say. It is standard Americanized Chinese food that is a bit too heavy on the sauce. You can see from the General Tso’s Chicken which I ordered below that (while the portion size is decent) there are very few vegetables and when I asked for some more vegetables, they charged me $4 for it. While the atmosphere was nice, it definitely doesn’t justify paying $50 per person for dinner. You can get much better Chinese food for this price.

Hsu's was hands down one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. The food was absolutely incredible, with some of the best Chinese inspired dishes I've ever tasted. Every dish was packed with flavor, but the real standout was the kimchi... easily the best I've ever had. A special shoutout to Kenny at the bar. Not only did he make some of the best cocktails I've had, but he also provided truly exceptional customer service. He was attentive, personable, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience even better. Kenny sets the standard for what great hospitality should look like. Amazing food, amazing drinks, and outstanding service. Hsu's has earned a customer for life. Highly recommend!
