I have came here several times before and they put plenty of cream cheese in the crab ragoon. But this time when I went it barely had any. I called in hoping to get them replaced but the cook was getting smart the whole time as if I’m crazy and haven’t had this several times before from them. I explained to him I’ve ordered this several times and you always stuffed it with cream cheese but this time it’s barely any. He ended up giving me my money back and did not want to fix the issue of making it as they usually do. I will not be ordering from here anymore. The rest of their food is pretty good but they put a bad taste in my mouth after this. & the fried chicken I got was also horrible I gave it to my dog but the shrimp broccoli was pretty decent. The food from here use to be soo good I’m not sure why this changed I think it’s different owners.

This is my second time ordering here. The food was amazing and the portions were large considering it's price. The workers at the counter were extremely respectful and attentive.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Terrible terrible customer service. I ordered uber eats and when the food showed up it did not have the correct description of the meal at all. They did not say there would be vegetables but if there would have been I expected broccoli and carrots but I was greeted with MUSHROOMS and some kind of pickle I don’t know what it was but I’m highly allergic to mushrooms. So when I took it back myself to have it remade it was an issue to have it remade and the manager had to come from home to talk about it. At this point it’s over TWO HOURS after I’ve ordered these meals. Fast forward to them remaking the food I told the manager I thought the cheese wontons were great(could really use more filling but whatever). He said something and I thought he was offering another order of them but for free but he looked at me crazy when I asked if that’s what I heard and he looked at me so crazy, looked down at the mine pointing at the price and said “ummmno those are $8 on the menu you’re not getting free wontons” I laughed and said back “well I mean I did have to go out of my way to drive here and fix my order it’s $10 in gas to get here then home again” to then he replied “yeah and? that’s what I’m doing for you to make it right is correct your order that’s more than enough” I said “yeah that’s does correct it but you’d think you’d want to make up for the inconvenience of the order and time instead you’re acting really cheap after almost killing me for not using the correct descriptions in your menu” the point of Uber Eats was to not leave the house now i’m arguing over something so stupid.

I have to say that the food is amazing!! However, part of our order was mine, sweet & sour pork...I didn't receive the sauce with the delivery. When I called, she was happy to give me the "sauce" with my next order...all well & good, but what if that's NOT part of my next order? lol what, exactly, is sweet & sour pork WITHOUT the SAUCE? Again...the rest of the order was GREAT but...Sweet & Sour with NO S & S sauce? lmao

We LOVE this place so much. The food is always fresh and so so good. The hot and sour soup is the best I’ve ever had, I order it Everytime! The people working are so kind! Thanks for always serving delicious food! Great prices also
