A great experience at a new restaurant! We were recommended to come here by the owner of another local place for the bok choy and that alone would have been enough to make us happy… but everything else we ordered was in the same delicious level. We tried a few steamed dumplings / siumai and a “dry noodle” dish, and the flavors were great - not too salty, just the right spice level. I’m excited to come back and try other things I saw on the menu.

The food was amazing very authentic amazing flavors and the service was very personal and professional. I have not had great Chinese food since I have left hawaii. Yall gotta try this place

We've been waiting for authentic Chinese food in this area and am so excited for such good food. We ordered mapo tofu, eggplant, garlic pork belly, scallion pancake, xiao long bao, tomato egg noodles, braised beef noodles, green beans, and cucumber salad and nothing disappointed. Everything was amazing even though we got it all delivered. We'll have to dine in soon! Update: We went to visit again on a Tuesday night and the restaurant was packed. I think it went viral on social media but the restaurant unfortunately can't handle the business. Multiple tables did not have waters or menus. I heard a table frustrated that they had been waiting for a while without any service. Some were complaining that they did not receive their food after a long wait and some tables had missing dishes. We waited a while and then had to leave.

Shanxi Noodle is absolutely AMAZING. It has officially become my favorite noodle spot—hands down. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is clean, modern, and welcoming. The space feels calm and well put together, and the staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and personable. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and their food. And the food… honestly, it’s so good it leaves you speechless. The chili oil dumplings are fantastic—perfectly cooked, super flavorful, and bursting with every bite. The scallion pancake is crispy, delicious, and exactly what you want it to be. But the Shanghai Onion Oil Noodle? Easily the best thing I’ve ever had. It’s incredibly flavorful on its own, and when you add just a little black vinegar, it takes it to another level. Absolutely incredible. This place just opened, and they deserve all the support. They clearly know what they’re doing. Highly recommend checking them out—this is definitely my number one spot now.

Tried a new restaurant today and it was amazing! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. Our waitress was actually the owner, which made the experience feel even more special. We definitely ordered way too much food, but enjoyed every last bite! 😋 Some of our favorites were the mango bun, pork xiao long bao, egg drop soup, hot and sour soup (both were super flavorful), chili oil wontons, and the Beijing zhajiang noodles. Everything was delicious and worth trying! If you go, come hungry you’ll want to try a little of everything!
