It's okay, it's definitely overrated though. There were two people working the day I visited; a young lady who was very friendly and helpful, and an older fellow who seemed bored with his job. He wasn't rude necessarily but he wasn't friendly either. After we ate, he came with the check without asking if we wanted anything else (which we did). When we told him we wanted something else, he seemed frustrated. Anyway, we didn't go there to make friends so let's talk about the food. It was my first time so I ordered the "House SPECIAL, pork, ribs, and noodle soup" because it was their "most popular" soup. My friend had the chicken teriyaki bowl. We also ordered the scallion pancakes and the animal buns (I forgot what they're called). My soup was salty, the noodles were very soft and the meat was very dry... in soup! My friend enjoyed her teriyaki bowl but I've personally had better chicken teriyaki at Panda Express. The scallion pancakes were good, the boba Thai iced tea was good, and the animal buns were the best thing we got. It was adorable and delicious. The price is a little high considering the quality of the food but not too bad. In short, I don't see myself returning.

The Chinese food was okay. I agree with a few others about the ratings being overrated here. We ordered cheese wontons, egg rolls, pork shumai, the pork chow mein, and the chicken teriyaki bowl. Cheese wontons were yummy more crispy “fried” tasting than other Chinese restaurants. The eggs rolls were amazing perfect texture and taste and I strongly recommend them. The pork shumai “dumpling” no one liked it. Texture was rubbery and seemed like just pork fat and not meat and the skin was odd along with the flavor being bland. I don’t recommend those. My husband said the chow mein wasn’t what he expected. The noodle was not the typical chow mein noodle and he said it tasted okay. The chicken teriyaki bowl tasted great. The atmosphere was bland and not deep into the culture which took the experience away a bit. The noise wasn’t too bad for a Sunday. We have two young children and one needed a highchair though another family was using it. Strongly recommend the restaurant have a couple of highchairs for situations like this or even some booster seats. Price was decent. We paid just over $50 for everything ordered, no leftovers. Overall, Kungfu Noodles & Dumplings is a decent Chinese food place, however there are better Chinese food places and experiences in the Springs.

The food is delicious. I used to see them making noodles fresh but haven’t lately. I heard it changed owners so idk. The food is phenomenal tho, the dumplings and chili oil wontons are freakin phenomenal. Best Asian food in COS in my opinion but it’s slim pickings for anything authentic around here. The spicy noodle dish was great and the bao buns aren’t bad. Definitely go here. Small menu but I like that. Paid $70 for two people and ordered 6 dishes (5 apps and 1 noodle bowl) plus drinks. Not bad. Atmosphere is a little blah but I’m there for the food so.

The food was delicious. But maybe we ordered the wrong things. We spent almost $50 in two and we left hungry.. again the food was delicious, just not sure if ordering something else would have filled us more. Not sure if we will come back..

Decided to try this for a late lunch. The spicy youpo noodle was delicious! I highly recommend it. We also ordered the pork rib rice bowl, which left something to be desired. It could definitely benefit from perhaps a nice spicy broth on the side. It is a pretty dry dish. The pan fried pork buns are also very good!
