My wife and I had an unbelievable experience at Noodle & Bun. As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were captivated as we could see the chefs making the noodles by hand. The service was impeccable. We had multiple people checking on us to take our orders, bring food to us, and serve us water. The food was amazing! I strongly recommend the spicy beef brisket noodle soup and the spicy won tons. Also, the prices were more than reasonable. Great experience overall!

Pleasantly surprised to find this place. You can watch the chefs making their own noodles through the window. They serve some of the best hand-pulled noodles I’ve had in the USA. The house special chow mein was great, but my favorite was the spicy beef brisket noodle soup. It was incredibly comforting, and the rich broth paired perfectly with the noodles. Great value for the price.

Stopped in after the Nutcracker show at the Civics Theater. Got a table right away. Service was fast and friendly. Dinning area was clean. One can also see the kitchen staff hand pulling noodle from the dough. The portion of the spicy wonton was smaller than we expected. Other dishes were good portion. Our favorites: the spicy beef brisket hand pulled noodle soup. It was a big bowl of food. Beef brisket was tender and delicious. This will be the dish that worth coming back for.

Went here on a whim and we were so happy with our choice. We had the cucumber salad (very good, a more vinegary sauce vs chili), edamame (in a similar vinegary pepper sauce) and steamed buns which we thought were just okay. The star of the show was the spicy beef noodle soup. I usually don’t like beef noodle soup but I took the server’s recommendation. The hand pulled noodles were phenomenal. The broth was so flavorful and the beef fall apart tender. The spice was more medium in my opinion but I liked that. I cannot stress how good this beef noodle soup was, and you get to watch the chefs make the noodles in the kitchen!

The braised short rib beef and hand pulled noodles was amazing. The beef was so tender and the noodles were firm. The beef broth was soothing and felt so comforting since I had been traveling all day. It was perfect and the restaurant was clean and staff friendly. I highly recommend this for comfort and Flavorful food.
