Went to order pickup here, waited an hr, the person kept saying they are making my order, but ended up giving up and leaving after waiting 60 minutes for my food. Edit: I rang the doorbell multiple times and a person came out but 3 times I was told they were working on it. This was the doorbell I kept ringing.

I think this place shut down because their phone number doesn’t work and their buzzer is gone from the wall. Unfortunately they haven’t updated their operation status.

Excellent quality and flavor. We ordered Siu mai, steamed pork and soup dumplings, but the real stars were the shrimp and pea shoot dumplings. I was definitely surprised about this location at a ghost kitchen and food pick up spot located in the north downtown area. Be aware that this is a automated/screen order venue that only accepts mobile payments and no cash.

Had a a bunch of dimsum, it's pick up only, no place to eat there, guy was super nice and the food was hot and fresh and very tasty, the char siu rice bowl was very tasty
