Soup Dumplings (Xiaolongbao): These are on the sweeter side, and the pork filling has a distinct peppery taste. If you're not a fan of these flavors, you might want to skip them. Jelly Noodles (Liangfen): Perfectly tangy and spicy—it’s not too hot, so it’s very approachable. Beef Roll: The outer wrap is pan-fried and served hot, while the beef inside is served cold. It’s an interesting contrast, but the flavors are excellent. 荠菜Wontons: These were the star of the show! Absolutely delicious. Service: Richard was very nice and provided excellent service. He’s truly attentive to the customers.

This place is SO CUTE and the food was AMAZING! Everything felt authentic, had so much flavor and was delicious. The food came out at a good pace that didn't leave us waiting too long. The menus are online that has pictures for everything!! The staff was also very friendly. We ordered the spicey beef noodles, chili oil dumplings, chicken fried rice, xiao long bao, steamed chicken dumplings, and vegetable spring rolls for a total of $73. The water was good with no weird taste. We also recieved a Purple sweet potato cheese roll, a dessert option, for posting a review. 10/10 would recommend! This is our favorite Asian restaurant to date!

This restaurant is in a prime location, which is definitely a plus. We visited on a Friday evening and had about a 30-minute wait time. The place itself is a bit small and felt slightly congested, but the service was good and attentive. We ordered chicken fried rice and chicken dumplings—both tasted good, though the fried rice was a bit on the oily side. One thing that stood out negatively was the utensil collection trolley placed right next to our table. It would be better if this was kept in a different area to improve the dining experience. Overall, a decent spot for good food, but with some room for improvement.

Fun Chinese restaurant in the triangle development. We loved slurping the delicious sauce from their soup dumplings, which we had along with crunchy fried vegetable dumplings and ice jello dessert. The staff were friendly and courteous, and the place has lovely decorations. They advertise having a weekday happy hour. They share a parking strip and some spaces in a parking garage with adjacent businesses.

Mian & Bao is one of our favorite spots. We’ve been here several times and it’s consistently great. The food is always fresh with generous portions. Highly recommend the chili oil wontons, spicy beef noodle, stir-fried shrimp noodles, xiao long bao with shrimp, pan-fried pork buns, and stir-fried broccoli — everything is flavorful and well cooked. Nice, clean ambiance, very kid-friendly, and excellent service. The app-based ordering system is super efficient and the food comes out fast and fresh every time. Bathrooms are very clean and have all the basics, including a baby changing table, which we really appreciate. We’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend.
