So I read the reviews everybody complaining one Stars two stars you know whatever... Here's the thing, this is an actual Chinese restaurant. Was actual non-commercial from a bag Chinese food cooked by actual Chinese people. The lobby closes at 2:00 why because hardly anyone comes in and sits down to eat. So if you actually want some actual Chinese food that you're not renting for an hour, that will fill you up and keep you happy throughout the day stop it grabbed a meal.

me and a friend went in for a quick lunch today. the lady that took our order over the phone was very friendly however when we walked into the first set of doors there was this horrible sewer smell. we got our food but couldn't help but notice it didn't smell to good. when we got to work my friend tasted hers first and then spit it out and said it had a weird after taste. i tried it as well and had the same weird after taste. the food didn't smell so great either. everything just smelled like sewer and tasted like the rice had been cooked in bad water or something. The chicken was mushy like doughy and it had a bad after taste like it had been sitting for too long before it got cooked. i called to politely tell the lady the food didn't taste good and she said no one else has told her that. she said bring the food back uneaten and i explained we had to taste it to know it was bad. its an hour before i get off and i really just want my money back. we ended up having to door dash lotaburger which was so refreshing after the putrid taste.

Really good food. The food was hot and fresh. The spice was perfect. This spicy beef and broccoli is the best I have EVER tasted. Thank you Fortune Chef Downtown.

Friendly people good food maybe the best Chinese food in Tulsa.The lady always friendly and knows our name and packs the food into the plates

Bathrooms and trash cans are permanently out of order, you have to take your trash with you. Ignores dine in guest, all priorities for drive thru and the place smells wierd. Completely unorganized and scattered brained. Extremely surprised they are still in business, this can't last much longer. The food is horrible.
