This place is so good. The food is amazing. The staff is friendly and responsive no matter how busy it is. Did I say the food was amazing? Everything we've tried is on another level. Their dumpling are wondeful. The crab rangoon, the best I've had in columbus. So many good things on their menu! I would also say if you would like a good drink, they make them amazingly well!

We visited Billy Lee’s on Christmas Day and had a very disappointing experience. It took about 15–30 minutes just to get our drink and food order taken. After that, we waited over an hour for our food and only received it after asking about it. Throughout the visit, it felt like the wait staff were ignoring us. To make matters worse, our waitress never brought us the bill. We eventually had to walk up to the front to ask for it, and only then did she give it to us and stand there while we paid. Overall, the service was extremely poor and frustrating

I have been a patron of Billy's Lee's for many years and usually am very pleased with the food and service. However, I called to place a to go order on 5/15/26 and the person who answered the phone and took my order was very rude and lacked any kind of customer service skills and etiquette. It was loud in the background so it was difficult for us to hear each other clearly at times but as I asked a question about a menu item she sounded exasperated and rushed, even went out of her way to tell me the paying customer I'm distracted, it's busy and proceeded to rush me through my order. She was very pushy and had a bad attitude even when I arrived to pick up my order at which time I observed only 4 people. She acted as though she was the only person in the restaurant managing the 4 people! I started to leave a tip but based on the way she treated me during the call and how cold she was at pickup, I decided not to leave a tip! Rightfully so as I hit home and the food was horrible and not what I wanted! Terribly overpriced, not fresh, my shrimp and scallops weren't seasoned at all, the broccoli was horribly overcooked and soggy and smothered in ginger sauce. I could have made the dish myself at home for way less than what I paid! Only had 4 tiny scallops s d bad service. Based on this i wouldn't recommend Billy Lee's not if you like to be treated well with great service and tasty well prepared delicious food.

This is absolutely THE BEST CHINESE CUISINE IN THE COLUMBUS AREA HANDS DOWN! GREAT PRICES, FABULOUS SERVICE, FANTASTIC THAI STYLE FOOD! You cannot get better Chinese food anywhere in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YELLOW CURRY CHICKEN THAI STYLE!

This American Chinese restaurant mainly served American Chinese cuisine. My server recommended the beef fried noodles which tasted authentic. The dining room was clean with a decent bar. There were some cheap alcohol selections during happy hour. WiFi was fast. Glad to see that many American people liked dining at this place.
