I didn’t want to leave a review be because I don’t want people to overcrowd my new favorite hidden gem. SoHo Bistro is EVERYTHING I need in a Chinese restaurant! I had the chicken and broccoli (spicy) and my husband had the SoHo Twin Delight. When I tell you all that broccoli was so fresh and so crispy, believe me! My husband's shrimp was thick, seasoned, and prepared beautifully. The manager, Cory, has the BEST energy as soon as you walk through the door. Her personality alone makes the experience of eating here 10x better. That’s my new friend and I’ll be back to support not only SoHo Bistro but my girl Cory!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience at Soho Bistro. The food came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The Hunan Beef was easily one of the highlights of the meal. It had the perfect balance of spice and savory flavor, with tender beef and crisp vegetables that still had a nice bite to them. If you enjoy dishes with a little heat, this is definitely worth ordering. The Mongolian Beef was just as impressive. The beef was cooked perfectly and coated in a rich, slightly sweet sauce that wasn’t overpowering. It had great flavor and paired well with the rice. I also started with the Miso Soup, which was simple but done right. It was warm, comforting, and had a clean, savory taste that made for a great appetizer before the main course. Overall, Soho Bistro delivered excellent food, generous portions, and a great dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend both the Hunan Beef and Mongolian Beef to anyone looking for flavorful, satisfying dishes.

My daughter and I had the BEST sesame tofu here - perfect crisp and texture! They have an amazing vegetarian selection and the lo mein isn’t overly sauced so you can really enjoy the flavor of the egg noodles and vegetables. Our waitress Cory was so sweet and comforting on a day we were looking for an unexpected delight. This will be a regular stop whenever we are in town!

SoHo Bistro did not come to play. The Chinese food was excellent, and the sesame chicken was the star of the show. Crispy, flavorful, and easily some of the best I have had since moving to Charlotte. The staff was warm and welcoming, which always earns bonus points. I left full, happy, and already planning my return to work my way through the rest of the menu.

Restaurant is under new management. Cory ensures the restaurant provides amazing service. The service and food quality is fantastic and proximity in uptown Charlotte is great. You have to try it or revisit if you have been before and haven’t been back in a while. Five stars does not do it justice!!! 10 out of 5 stars in my opinion! Thank you Cory for your leadership and understanding CX.
