This bar has so many experiences in one location. Experience a martini with their delicious popcorn or go down to the arcades. I enjoyed my time in the bar. The service and food were excellent. Highly recommend sweet heat peach wings!!

Chill Monday, late afternoon lunch. We were the only table, and there were a few people at the bar. We ordered two sodas and two mushroom & Swiss burgers. I had to ask for LTOP, which was fine and only added a dollar to the bill. Our server only came by after delivering the food to ask how everything was once we were finished while clearing our baskets. Visually, the burger was disappointing, but tasted good. It was in no way a $19 (each) burger and fries (see pic). A few mushroom slices and a sad, solitary piece of cheese. The menu out front showed it at $14 or $15. I should have checked the recent reviews before going in, but it's next door to City Limits which was our reason for being in the area.

me and my boyfriend love billy frogs. especially the basement bartender. he has always been our safe space. colton has always looked out for us and our stuff. no mather what he has always taken care of our stuff and looked out for us. we keep coming back because is him. he is a safe space. we don’t even hang out upstairs because we feel more safe and comfortable downstairs. i’ve felt pressured to take shots and spent more money upstairs because of a bartender. the downstairs bar have never made me feel like that. i only consistently come to bill frogs because of the downstairs bartenders. this bar and basement arcade has become my safe space. we love it here. downstairs specifically.

⭐ 1 STAR ⭐ I have never felt compelled to leave a review like this before, but after what happened at Billie Frogs, I feel that people deserve to know about my experience. My biggest concern involves a bartender named Colton who was working in the basement bar area. During our visit, I personally witnessed behavior involving my girlfriend that I found completely inappropriate and unacceptable. We have video footage of the incident, which is why I am taking this matter so seriously. What I witnessed left me angry, disgusted, and genuinely concerned for the safety and well-being of customers, especially women who may be intoxicated and vulnerable while enjoying a night out. After the incident, we brought our concerns forward because we believed management should be made aware of what happened. When you trust an establishment with your time and money, you expect management to take customer safety seriously and thoroughly investigate complaints involving employee conduct. Instead, I later returned to the establishment and saw the same employee still working. Seeing that left me with the impression that our concerns were not being treated with the level of seriousness that I believe they deserved. Bars and nightclubs have a responsibility to create an environment where customers can have fun without feeling uncomfortable, unsafe, or worried about the conduct of the people serving them. Alcohol lowers inhibitions and can impair judgment, which makes it even more important that employees maintain professional boundaries and act appropriately at all times. Customers should be able to enjoy themselves without feeling that those boundaries are being crossed. As if that wasn’t enough, I also had concerns about the drinks being served. The quality and consistency of the alcohol did not seem right to me. The drinks felt noticeably weaker than expected, and it raised concerns about whether customers are receiving what they are paying for. While that alone would not have caused me to leave a review, it certainly added to my overall negative experience. The entire situation has left a terrible impression of this business. What should have been a fun night out turned into something stressful, upsetting, and memorable for all the wrong reasons. Instead of feeling like valued customers, we left feeling ignored, frustrated, and concerned. This review is based entirely on my personal experience and observations. I encourage management to take customer complaints seriously, review any available security footage, examine employee conduct, and make customer safety their top priority. No one should walk into a bar expecting a good time and leave feeling the way we did. For us, the trust is gone. We will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this establishment to friends, family, or anyone looking for a place where they can feel comfortable and safe while enjoying a night out. 1 out of 5 stars.
