Renee Brown 5 months agoThis is probably going to be one of my reoccurring favorite lunch spots! Everything was perfect, even parking wasn’t a challenge! The atmosphere was calm like a coffee shop, the music wasn’t too loud. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. My husband and I ordered the egg and scallion fried rice, Kung Pao Chicken, pork soup dumplings, Mongolian beef with scallions, BBQ Bao Buns, a hot yuzu citrus tea, and a passion fruit green tea All teas and drinks are made to order. I was able to customize my tea which I loved. I’m a Type I diabetic so when I go to restaurants I usually can only order a Diet Coke or water. I ordered this tea without sugar and added stevia. All of the food was delicious, fresh, and not too greasy!
Sirius a month agoThis was absolutely terrible! When I went to pay, the POS machine malfunctioned. For some reason, it wouldn’t accept my card or Apple Pay. The cashier just snatched the card right out of my hand. It’s not like I wasn’t going to pay. What was that all about? Every single dish was a massive letdown! As soon as the roast duck rice arrived, I knew it was a lost cause. The side dish was actually just two florets of broccoli?! It tasted awful, was greasy as hell, and shockingly fatty. The meat was completely falling apart. It takes a true genius to manage to turn a duck into something that isn’t a Beijing-style roast duck, nor a Cantonese-style roast duck. The char siu buns looked nothing like the pictures on the menu or on Google Maps. It’s outright fraud! The lotus leaf chicken was also bizarre, with the glutinous rice and meat completely separated in color! Don’t come here under any circumstances. It’s a total waste of money!
Meticulous-Rapturous Lioness 2 months agoTogo Dry Fried Red Pepper 🌶️ Chicken was EXCELLENT!!!!! Tender, Juicy, Flavorful, & Spicy 🌶️! Need some dipping sauce to make it PHENOMENAL! Togo Spicy 🌶️ General Tso Chicken was EXTREMELY BLAND, CHEWY, TASTELESS, ZERO SPICE & OVERCOOKED! Some pieces tasted like I was chewing jerky. Extremely Disappointed in the General Tso, expected it to be excellent or equal to the Togo Dry Fried Pepper 🌶️ Chicken. Spring Rolls were good. Rice was Rice. Requesting new order of Togo Spicy 🌶️ General Tso Chicken tomorrow and will request “FLAVOR, SPICE, & HEAT!” Bring the General Tso!!! Will definitely be reordering the Togo Dry Fried Red Pepper 🌶️ Chicken!
Kevin Chung a year agoDisappointing Experience at This Peter Chang Location I’ve enjoyed dining at various Peter Chang locations before, so I was quite excited to try this one. Unfortunately, this visit turned out to be a significant letdown. Upon entering, the atmosphere felt more like a food court in a grocery store than a restaurant. When I approached the counter to inquire about seating, the cashier responded rather condescendingly, saying, "You pick up the menu, read the menu, come back here, order the food, and pay for the food." His lack of courtesy was surprising and unprofessional, especially he was just a cashier and he was treating a new customer this way. The food selection was diverse, which initially seemed promising. I ordered the Peking duck (half), bubble pancake, and pork soup dumplings. The Peking duck was decent but felt overpriced for the portion size. The bubble pancake was visually interesting, but unfortunately, the taste was underwhelming and excessively oily, not resembling the typical Chinese pancake I expected. The pork soup dumplings were satisfactory, but again, the portion size didn’t justify the price. It’s worth noting that utensils and water are self-service, which further detracted from the dining experience. Overall, I wouldn’t return to this location, especially considering there are other nearby options like Red Pepper or Tea Horse that offer a far better experience for a similar price.
Ev Tripolitis 10 months agoMa Po tofu was so good. (Gluten free and vegan, GF/VG) Kind of pricey but very nice. Do have to buy rice separately. Gluten free and vegan (gf/vg). Friends got bao and orange chicken. Latte took some time.
