Very delicious cookies and ice cream served here! The cookies were hot out of the oven, fresh, and full of flavor, and the ice cream paired perfectly with them. The service was friendly as well. The only downside was that the restaurant area could use a little more seating. Otherwise, it was a great experience overall!

The cookies were a little smaller than I expected, but still really good. And getting them warm definitely makes them even better.

I had an absolute terrible experience at this dessert shop. I had so many people suggest their cookies to me, and while yes, the cookies were amazing— the manager, at least who I assume is the manager, a blonde woman who acted like she was better than everyone, was just downright rude the entire time, and acted as if she had better things to do than to help me. Genuinely, how do you work in customer service, and food, yet you have no idea how to speak to customers, or even act professional? I feel so incredibly bad for her employees, because she wouldn’t even help them at all; she was on her phone the entire time, and didn’t even care. I will definitely not be back again, nor will I recommend it to anyone else.

We were looking for a good cookie to celebrate the end of the day on Mother's Day. Called the store at 845 pm to see if they were open. A nice young man said they would be open until 1 am. We made the 25 minute drive from Mulvane and were surprised at just how busy this store was. The cookies were delicious and more afforable than Crumbl.

I received the BEST service from a manager at Insomnia cookies!! i didn’t catch her name sadly but if i ever do get to meet her in person she will be receiving a huge tip from me. my order was canceled online and when i can tried to place another order it would not go through, i was a little upset about it so i called the business to see why and how i could get this fixed, the lady then took my concern ABOVE AND BEYOND after figuring out my 1st order placed was dropped off at the wrong location. She then proceeded to order me another batch of cookies PLUS EXTRAS with a sweet note attached to the box at no extra cost to me. i just moved here from oklahoma and im so glad i decided to choose insomnia cookies instead of crumbl for my midday cravings, it truly felt like a little welcome surprise. if you’re reading this i wish i could just hug you!!🫂 truly, you made mine and my baby’s week! thank you!!
