I really do love this place, and now my mom is hooked as well! Consistently good food and drinks, friendly staff, nice portions and decent prices. I docked one star (ideally would have been only half if I could) because the vegetarian options could be improved. The vegetable wok fried egg noodles basically include green and regular onions, as well as bok choy. There is no tofu or plant based protein available. That being the case, it would be nice to have some additional vegetables included, perhaps like broccoli or bell peppers to add some more bulk and make it more filling in the absence of protein. But that being said, it is the best tasting noodles I have had since moving down here. I absolutely love Cantonese/Hong Kong style noodles, and this is the only place I found that serves it around here. And if you enjoy chili oil, do ask for it, it's delicious! I have been told that the duck and crispy pork belly are both phenomenal. The chicken fried rice and spare ribs are very good. And the soy chicken was just ok - not bad, but mediocre compared to the other dishes we tried. Also, the old fashioned and lychee Cosmo are both delish! (Don't get the lychee martini from the pool bar.... They said they could make it, and it was awful!) There is usually a lineup, but it varies. The first time I came here, we waited in line for amost 2 hours - at 1am! But we came for dinner Friday evening, and there was no wait. Go figure! But I would say maybe a half an hour wait is average. A party of one or two would be faster because you can sit at the bar seating.

Some of the best Asian food I’ve ever had (Vietnamese specialty). I literally drove 40 mins to the Hard Rock just to eat here and nothing else. Would be nice if they opened more locations. There’s typically a line out the door especially during busy times. I took my chances on a Friday evening and waited roughly an hour. However once you sit down to eat it’s all work it. The pork belly is my favorite as it’s cooked perfectly with crispy skin. There’s also other meats options which are all really good and would recommend a combo rice plate so you can try a variety. I also saw lots of people ordering the crab meat fried rice which looked really good and will try next time. I was also able to order some of takeout with me to go.

Always a line to eat here. They take full advantage of table space and sit people to tables that others are seated at. Service was fast and friendly and price point is good too. It the best Pho 🍜 but pretty good.

Don't sleep on this restaurant just because it's at the Hard Rock Casino - Jubao Palace Noodle Bar slaps so good, it will make you "hit" on a hard 20. After being here a few times, Jubao Noodle Bar is where it's at and truthfully do fine by itself without the casino. So at this point, you should already know that Jubao Noodle Bar is located within the Seminole Hard Rock Casino & Hotel - Tampa. However, it should be recognized that navigating the casino floor does get frustrating. The easiest point of reference is to first understand that the base casino floor is essentially separated into two parts (Part one is where the curved escalators and hotel towers are at and part 2 is the larger part, containing the Hard Rock Cafe and the majority of the table games). Jubao Palace Noodle Bar is located right after the point where the hall from part one connects to part 2. Clear as mud right? Now that you've successfully navigated here, it should be noted that the line and wait can get ridiculous. Not sure if there are specific times when it gets super busy, but it seems like it doesn't die down after lunch hours hit. The small size and amount of tables doesn't necessarily accommodate to the traffic. Be prepared to wait. Speaking of tables, there are several regular tables that seat up to 4 patrons, however the majority of the seating are high tops and bar seating. Don't be alarmed if you get paired at the high tops with other random patrons. The menu itself is very simple, but I can assure you that you can't really go wrong with any of the choices. My "go-to's" are usually the roast duck noodle soup (with egg noodles) and any of the fried rice (crab is the best though). They do offer snow pea leaves which is a Cantonese cuisine classic. It's a great restaurant that is overshadowed by the venue that it's located in.

The food is amazing!! The crispy pork belly is the best I've ever had and it's super delicious! The prices are also very reasonable too. It's does get busy and you may have to wait in line at some points but it's definitely worth the wait!! 10 out 10 recommend!
