Server Lewis was superb. Attentive to our needs and superb service. Food and atmosphere was great. Tho air con not the best or not working. Starters and mains done in a flash. Box to take home leftovers which fed a homeless man on the waterfront. Winner.

Very disappointing experience at P.F. Chang’s. We ordered shrimp dumplings, but they brought us pork dumplings instead. That is a serious mistake, especially because not everyone eats pork. We also ordered two spicy sauces, but only one arrived. We asked for salt and pepper it never came. We asked for soy sauce it never came either. Because we had to wait so long for the correct dumplings, the rice became cold. The service was simply bad. The waiter seemed completely out of place and not attentive at all. Basic requests were ignored, the order was wrong, and the whole experience felt careless and unprofessional. Sorry, but this was very poor service and not what I expect from P.F. Chang’s.

Always a good choice for great food, good atmosphere, and wonderful service. It was a very busy night, but Oscar was very attentive, professional, and patient. Had a delightful experience!

5/5 stars! The food at P.F. Chang's never misses, and the service was the best we've had in a long time. Brianna was our server and she was fantastic—super quick, friendly, and knew the menu inside and out. Highly recommend asking for her!

Amazing experience! Luis attentively took care of us throughout the evening, ensuring we enjoyed our dinner with excellent service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We appreciated the personalized recommendations and his genuine hospitality. Definitely coming back.
