Chop Suey Restaurant (韦氏酒家) – Solid Chinese comfort food in Miami We visited Chop Suey Restaurant (韦氏酒家) after going to the Sex Museum, and it turned out to be a pleasant find in a quiet residential area. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, and the service was friendly and attentive. We ordered spicy chicken and braised beef brisket with radish. Portions were generous — easily enough for two people to share. The spicy chicken was decent and very good with rice, while the beef brisket was tender but a bit sweeter than expected for our taste. All dishes came with complimentary steamed rice, and Chinese tea or water was provided for free, which we appreciated. We noticed many local diners ordering the fried chicken, which looked delicious — unfortunately, we were only two people and couldn’t try more dishes. If you’re in Miami and craving Chinese food, this is a reliable option and might just surprise you.

I ordered a shrimp lo mein, and ended up with combination of lots of questionable meat and requested general tso and general tso did not show up! But at least the shrimp are big. Lady was super impatient so not sure if it was chef error or hers.

My recent visit to Chop Suey International Restaurant was an absolute delight, and I can confidently say I've found my new go-to for authentic Chinese food in Miami! The food here is simply amazing. I had the Special Fried Rice, and it was absolutely delicious – perfectly seasoned, with a wonderful balance of flavors and incredibly fresh ingredients. You can tell they've truly mastered their recipes over the years. Every dish I saw looked plentiful and super tasty, confirming that this place delivers on both quality and quantity. One reviewer even called it the best Chinese food they've had in Florida, and I can certainly see why! The portions are generously sized, ensuring a satisfying meal every time. Beyond the incredible food, the service was top-notch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. It’s rare to find such a combination of authentic flavors, generous portions, and outstanding hospitality. The restaurant is also super clean, which always adds to the comfort of the dining experience. Plus, there's plenty of parking, making it convenient to visit. If you're looking for a classic Chinese dining experience with great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and excellent service, Chop Suey International Restaurant is absolutely the place to go. I highly recommend it and will definitely be visiting again soon!

Authentic Flavor & Excellent Service! I had an amazing experience at this old-school Chinese restaurant! The fried rice was absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned, with a great balance of flavors and fresh ingredients. You can tell they’ve mastered their recipe over the years.
