Went on a Saturday evening for dinner date, seated immediately without waiting. The servers are authentic Chinese people. Quick service and food came out fast and delicious! Would definitely come again. One of the good places for Sichuan restaurants in DC

All I have to say is what an amazing Date night. Food is outstanding ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s !! Service was great !! I don’t know why Szechuan pavilion isn’t more raved about and There is so much hype over Peter Chang, which doesn’t even compare to the quality and great service tonight. We will be making Szechuan Pavilion a regular restaurant to visit. Come visit 🇨🇳🥠🥡!!

Service was TERRIBLE. the women that served us was clearly annoyed when we didn’t know what we wanted right away. She didn’t give us any guidance on the menu, either. Food was subpar. Like…NOT worth our hard earned money, whatsoever. Food was hot though, and came out really fast. But overall, a terrible experience and would not recommend. If I wasn’t with a group of people who insisted on tipping, I would have left absolutely nothing. She sucked. Also…10% tax? Insane, DC, insane.

Whether it’s a group dinner or a casual meal, Sichuan Pavilion has authentic and flavorful Sichuan dishes in a comfortable setting. Some of my favorites include the mapo tofu, spicy chicken with dry pepper, fish fillet, and bean strings with ground pork—all packed with bold flavors and the perfect balance of spice. The quality has remained consistently good. The service was quick and attentive, with staff regularly refilling tea and ensuring a great dining experience.

Delicious food and great service! I had a great lunch with my ex-colleagues. The fried fish was superb!
