Northern Cafe never disappoints! We ordered online for pickup and got a whole spread — the Sweet & Sour Spare Ribs, Chongqing Crispy Chicken, Kung, Sautéed String Beans, Fried Rice, House Fried Noodle, and their handcraft spicy pork wontons — and everything was delicious. The online ordering process was smooth and easy, and pickup was quick with minimal interaction needed, which is great if you just want a no-fuss experience. The portions are generous and the flavors are bold and satisfying, exactly what you want from a good Chinese comfort food order. Fair warning — it is a little pricey compared to your average Chinese takeout spot, but the quality and quantity of the food make it worth it. Parking can be a little tricky so your best bet is the free plaza lot across the street. Overall a really solid spot for a big, satisfying takeout meal. Highly recommend! 🥟🍜❤️

The xiaolongbao was pretty good, somewhere between soup dumplings and guan tang bao. I’m not really a big fan of this kind of food, so I don’t have a strong opinion, but it tasted nice. The green pepper shredded pork was really solid—the flavor was consistent, and the meat was tender and didn’t fall apart. Simple but very satisfying.

Solid catering place for quick food. Service is fast, barely any waiting, which saves me on busy days. Good value portions, classic kind of flavor, nothing fancy but comforting. Great for takeout, tbh, grab and go and I’m back at my desk.

Pretty solid catering. The shredded pork with green pepper was legit, nice wok hei going on, peppers still a bit crunchy, meat not dry at all. Portion was fine. The seasoning was slightly salty with a hint of sweetness, and it worked for me.

It’s a great size for a shrimp fried rice, I have to takeout. The scallion pancakes is authentic and great as well!
