Great food. Excellent service. Was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. I assumed this was just another Asian food restaurant but it’s now definitely in my top 3. The server and management Went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. Shout out to Patrick for his welcoming and accommodating banter. Will DEFINITELY be returning and recommending this place to everyone. Btw they even have a boba bar which is an awesome touch.

Such a great sister place of the one in Ajo! Really good drinks, and the plate of food for the amount we paid is incredible. The food here was also delicious. The waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu and checked in on us frequently, and informed us of which side of the restaurant might be a little more chilly. Thank you!

Had been wanting to try Bamboo Noodle for awhile. Great place with restaurant on the one side boba bar on the other. Had the veggie lo mein, so many vegetables in the noodle ,which were amazing. Also tried the blueberry milk tea, delicious! Will definitely be in again.

Excited when this place reopened as a Chinese restaurant. I used to come here when it was El Chinito Gordo. Parking lot was busy. The inside space had some Asian decorations which were cute. The basic setup of the tables and chairs was the same as the prior restaurant. The four of us were seated about a few minutes after we arrived. We waited about 20 minutes before getting water and then another 5 minutes for the server to get our drink order. Seeing how busy they were I ordered all the food at once. Our server seemed a little green and flustered but was nice. I ordered a boba tea, two Cokes. The boba came out first and was your typical milk tea, boba balls were a little on the hard side but otherwise a good drink. To share, I ordered two orders of egg rolls, crab puffs, dumplings, chicken lo mein, large egg flower soup, Orange chicken, wonton soup with noodles and barbecue pork fried rice. The dumplings arrived about 20 minutes after we ordered. We were not given silverware so we asked the bar nearby. The dumplings were crisp with a juicy inside that was fragrant. The soup came out about 10-15 minutes after that and we asked for smaller soup bowls so that we could share. We waited about 10+ minutes before one of our party got up to go ask for the bowls as the soup was getting cold. They did send out an extra soup to remedy this. This was nice. The wonton soup broth was good with out being overpowering. The texture and taste of the wontons were good. The fried rice came out after this followed by the chicken lo mein. The rice was fragrant without being too oily and the chicken lo mein wasn't drenched in sauce. The noodles were cooked just right with good tender meat. A few of our water glasses had been empty since the first dish so we again asked the bar to refill our water. The final dish that came out was orange chicken. It was cooked with just the right amount of sauce and had just a light crisp. At this point we mentioned that we did not receive the Cokes or the egg rolls and crab Puffs and so I asked them to take them off our bill as since we had already gotten all our entrees. I understand that they were busy but no one checked if the food was to our liking or if something was needed to be attended to the numerous times that they placed food on the table. I worked in this industry for 15 plus years. I understand when it's busy to give grace and we had overlooked the service given the young staff and the very busy environment. When it came time to check out the egg rolls, and the coke were on my bill and I asked them to remove it since I did not receive them. The manager was called and she asked again if I had received those items when I said no. She asked again multiple times to be sure and I said no I didn't but you can go check the table which was 10 feet away. She chose not to. She said the reason she kept asking was because the server said she had dropped those items on the table. I replied that the table next to us got a set of egg rolls and a soda. I advised her to take a look at our table to see if there were any empty soda glasses as we had four water glasses and one boba cup. She reluctantly removed the items and said "of course we always believe the customer" but the manner in which she said it was sarcastic and begrudging. Up to this point I had been patient with this whole eating experience but after that interaction I decided that while the food may be good here, the service was not. Some areas of improvement would be to have a more efficient way to clear tables, seat guests, and check in on guests more regularly despite how busy you are. I would use serving trays to clean tables and bring drinks out on trays which were stacked on the serving area. Bringing four drinks out in your hands can lead to spillage, which happened, and the people at the table cleaned up. You should also believe your guests or at least verify. No matter how good the food is, it is unlikely I will be returning to this restaurant as I do not feel like I was treated with respect by the manager lady.
