This Panda Express location is fine, but not great. The staff is nice overall. They seem to care & try to give quality customer service. This may just be the location, but this Panda Express is always busy. It’s open late hours which is great when you want a late night food option. My biggest complaint about this restaurant is that it always feels dirty. The bathrooms, tables, drink area are usually sticky. It may be from the volume of customers who are constantly here, but I believe they’re not cleaned enough. The food area is clean, which is what matters to me overall. Another weird issue I run into at this location is that I’ve had my order messed up a few times. When I go to pick up my order or I receive my order, I go home to realize that I have someone else’s order. I’m not entirely sure how this happens, but there is an opportunity to restructure the servicing & quality check process. The food is consistent & the staff is kind enough for myself to continue returning. Please note, this location is always busy, so there is usually a wait.

Aaron asked us if we needed anything while eating. He noticed we didn’t got our fortune cookies (we didn’t even noticed) such a nice detail. Thank you

I went through drive thru, ordered a bigger plate. Kung Pao Chicken, broccoli beef with orange chicken. Half super greens, half fried rice. How in the hell do they give me teriyaki chicken instead of kung Pao and chow mein instead of super greens. Even the person repeated my order to me. They even changed my receipt. I didn't look at my receipt until I got home. So disappointed ☹️

Food was old, orange chicken which I got double of was rock hard.. Cream cheese puffs were soft except the tips. I threw it away 🤮 Never again.

Ordered ahead and showed up 20 minutes after to allow for time. When I got to the register, the staff would not acknowledge me, I was looking at the offer but no one would even say hi. I finally had to speak up, which I was avoiding as they were busy. When I said I can see my order, they became obviously angry and were rude. I did my best to wait my turn and give them space to do their job.
